Hair & Makeup
One complete hair and makeup look (including lashes) for the date(s) you select. Designed for a refined, stage-ready and camera-ready finish. Touch-ups are not included.

Makeup Only
Full makeup application (including lashes) for the date(s) you select. Ideal for a clean, elevated look that holds under stage lighting and photographs beautifully. Hair styling and touch-ups are not included.

Hair Design Only
Professional hair styling for the date(s) you select, designed to complement your overall look and maintain structure under stage conditions. Makeup and touch-ups are not included.

Hair & Makeup Touch-Up
A quick refresh for both hair and makeup to maintain a polished, performance-ready appearance. Perfect between appearances or before stepping back on stage. This service does not include a full look change and is available only as an add-on for clients who have booked a full Hair & Makeup service.

Makeup Touch-Up Only
A light makeup refresh to perfect complexion and lips. Includes blotting, powder, and subtle enhancements to maintain a fresh, camera-ready finish. Hair services are not included. This service is available only as an add-on for clients who have booked a full Makeup service.

Hair Touch-Up Only
A hair refresh to smooth or refine your existing look. Ideal for maintaining structure and style. Makeup services are not included. This service is available only as an add-on for clients who have booked a full Hair Design service.

Booking Guidelines
Touch-up services are available exclusively for clients who have booked a complete service (Hair & Makeup, Makeup Only, or Hair Only).

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. Payments made to LadyCode are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to schedule changes, withdrawals, illness, travel issues, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control).

If you need to request a change to your booking, all requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ladycodeshop.com

While refunds are not offered, LadyCode may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a credit for future use. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the situation and availability.
