Orders placed without a confirmed full hair & makeup booking will be cancelled and refunded (minus standard processing/administrative fees).

Availability is limited and these add-ons often sell out. Early booking is highly recommended.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund of the total payment is available only if written cancellation notice is received by June 22, 2026. After this date, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Payments remain non-refundable in the event of force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control). This policy protects both you and LadyCode if circumstances arise that could not have been avoided through due care.
