All services are performed by professionally trained LadyCode Artists, selected for their exceptional talent, professionalism, and ability to create consistent, stage-ready results. Artist assignments are based on availability.

Cancellation & Event Changes
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend Miss Universe Haiti 2026, your booking may, at Beauty by LadyCode's sole discretion, be transferred to another contestant with prior written approval or issued as a credit toward future Beauty by LadyCode services.
If the pageant is canceled before services are rendered, Beauty by LadyCode may issue a credit for the unused portion of services.
If Beauty by LadyCode is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any unused portion of services will be refunded.
Appointment Times
Please arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Missed appointments are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit. While we will make every effort to accommodate missed appointments if the event schedule allows, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with your makeup application, please let your artist know immediately so adjustments can be made while time and the event schedule permit. If you are not comfortable speaking directly with your artist, please contact Beauty by LadyCode as soon as possible at hello@ladycodeshop.com.
