REFUND POLICY
A refund of 50% of the total payment is applicable when cancellation notice is given by April 18, 2025. All deposits, including those resulting from force majeure events (unforeseeable events or acts of God), are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect both parties in the event that the booking becomes impracticable due to causes beyond control, where such circumstances could not have been avoided through due care.
Cancellation Notice To cancel a booking, please email us at hello@ladycodeshop.com. Failure to provide cancellation notice before the specified date may result in a forfeiture of the payment.
Post-Cancellation If you need to cancel after the specified date, please reach out to us directly to discuss potential options. We will do our best to accommodate you, but refunds or credits are not guaranteed.
