Due to the volume of clientele and to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients, we will not be accepting hair only or exclusive booking options.

REFUND POLICY: 50% of the full payment is refundable with cancelation notice by December 2, 2024.  

All deposits are strictly non-refundable including in the event of force majeure (unforeseeable events or acts of God) which is meant to protect the parties in the event that the booking cannot be performed due to causes which are outside the control of the parties and could not be avoided by exercise of due care.
